This policy does not automatically govern information processed through future Vireon products, client implementations, pilot programs, enterprise services, or custom AI systems.

  • pages viewed;

The Vireon website is hosted using Squarespace. Squarespace explains that it may independently process certain automatically received information from visitors, while website owners control information such as form submissions received through their sites.

4. Website inquiries and artificial intelligence

The public Vireon website does not currently provide direct access to the Vireon CORE, ELORA, or another Vireon AI product.

Information submitted through a general website form is used to evaluate and respond to the inquiry and to operate Vireon’s business.

Recommended commitment—confirm before publishing:

Vireon does not use the contents of general website contact-form submissions to train public-facing artificial intelligence models unless that use is separately disclosed and any required permission or consent has been obtained.

Information later provided through a pilot, consulting engagement, custom system, product account, or enterprise service may be handled under a separate agreement and product-specific privacy terms.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The website may use cookies and similar technologies to:

OpenAI and Anthropic both address cookies separately from their broader privacy disclosures, and Squarespace identifies cookies and automatically received site-usage information as part of its processing of website visitors.

The Vireon website is intended for businesses, professionals, researchers, and general adult audiences.

It is not directed to children under 13, and Vireon does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the public website.
