ELORA is the primary interface through which a person works with the Vireon CORE.

She is being designed to interpret human direction, preserve relevant context, coordinate the capabilities available within CORE, and return clear, coherent outcomes.

ELORA is not the entire operating system. She is the executive intelligence layer that makes its broader environment accessible—providing one consistent point of interaction across memory, tools, workflows, specialized intelligence, and execution.

Her role is to help move AI beyond isolated prompt-and-response exchanges toward a more continuous and accountable working relationship. Internally, Vireon defines ELORA as CORE’s accountable, memory-bearing, authority-aware executive intelligence layer.
